**Hey everyone 👋** I'm the solo developer behind ZMR. I built this because I wanted a YouTube Music client that felt smoother — proper crossfade and gapless transitions between tracks, volume normalization so you're not constantly reaching for the volume knob, and a gesture-driven UI that gets out of your way. It's built with Flutter (Riverpod for state management, just_audio + audio_service for the playback engine), with a Cloudflare Workers backend. This is very much a labor of love and still evolving — I'd love to hear what you think, especially around the onboarding experience for first-time users. Happy to answer any questions about the build too!
