Hey Community 👋 After months of building and testing with professionals and desk workers who wanted to stay healthy and focused at work, we're thrilled to launch Lila today to the Product Hunt community! Why we built this: I saw this pattern everywhere - in myself, our team, and every desk worker I met. We'd start mornings full of energy, but then stress would build with each meeting and task. By afternoon, the energy tank was empty (hello, coffee number three), and by evening we'd crash on the couch, too drained to do anything else. This happens because we desk workers rarely take wellness breaks. We sit in the same position for hours, develop neck pain from hunching over laptops, get burning eyes from staring at screens, and our minds race from constant stress. Yet we just call it ""part of the job."" When I talked to other professionals, everyone was fighting the same battle. Developers with constant back pain. Designers with wrist problems. Managers who couldn't think straight after 2 PM. We're all slowly breaking ourselves at our desks. That's not okay. Work shouldn't destroy your body or drain your mind. So we built Lila to fix this. What you get: 1. Breathing exercises that actually calm your nervous system (Box breathing, 4-7-8, 7-11 breathing and more) 2. Desk stretches for the exact spots that hurt (neck, shoulders, wrists, back) 3. Focus timer to work in sprints instead of endless slogs 4. Smart reminders to help you build healthy habits throughout your workday Who can use it - Anyone who spends hours at a computer will find this helpful. Remote workers, developers, designers, product managers - we all get stuck in long work sessions without breaks. These micro-breaks can make a real difference. - Perfect for people who want to be healthier at work but struggle with remembering to take breaks or don't know what to do with those few minutes. Our ask Add Lila to Chrome (it's free!). Use it for one day and see if you notice the difference - feeling more relaxed, calmer, and actually focused when it matters. We'll be here all day answering questions and would love to hear what you think. Because work shouldn't hurt, and being productive shouldn't mean being exhausted. Let's fix the way work feels, one tab at a time 🚀 Thank you, everyone

Love how simply the problem is framed. These small reminders and stretches feel like the kind of thing that actually helps without getting in the way.

Zivy really takes the stress out of my workday :) Congrats on the launch! 👏

Great product and much needed solution for working professionals like us! After 16+ years in IT, neck cervical pain has been my challenge and, I'm sure taking breaks is super helpful & relevant. Wish you success in this launch!

@harkirat_singh3777 Congratulations. And happy product launch.

Congratulations for the launch @harkirat_singh3777 🥳

Clean idea with real impact. Having quick breathing drills and micro-stretches built right into new tabs is such a clutch way to stay sharp during long workdays. This is going straight into my setup 💪🧘‍♂️

Oooh I really like this idea! I can see it being a challenge for those with tons of tabs but overall I love the mental health aspect of it. Good luck with launch!

An interesting one! But i wonder how the flow will look like with 2 monitors, 20 apps and 100+ tabs open?:)

Undoubtedly, everyone should take few minutes and go through the landing page - must have thing.

@harkirat_singh3777 I very much like the design, so does it work as a Chrome extension or a web app?

Zivy feels like having a personal assistant who reads every message, pulls out the action items, summarizes the noise, and reminds you before anything slips.
