Big day for all of us at Zipy today, as we have been building for several months for you. I am the founder of Zipy and this is our second Product Hunt launch. We were overwhelmed by your support last time, and we are back with a new product for you.
Our story behind building Zipy Plug&Play with AutoFix - which anyone can use, any session can be recorded, for any website, anytime.
While building Zipy, we realised that customer experience was a major concern of support and success teams, product and design teams, and even growth teams, not just developers. At the end of the day, everyone wants to give their customers the best product experience. Developers can easily embed the Zipy SDK in code and monitor errors and sessions within Zipy, but we felt the need for a no-code, installable plugin for all other team members. This resulted in the idea of a Chrome extension for anyone who wants to just record and replay a particular browser scenario.
We have been building Zipy for developers to help them solve customer bugs very quickly. While Zipy solved the debugging problem for developers beautifully, we thought, why not fix the code bugs as well? Hence the idea of AutoFixing code bugs. ChatGPT was very timely for us, as we were already working in the direction of providing code fixes. With GPT APIs, we can now help our developers solve the errors that Zipy uncovered.
