ZipSnapper
Fast, private image converter — nothing leaves your device
ZipSnapper is a free image converter that runs entirely in your browser. Convert PNG, JPG, and WebP in any direction, no upload, no signup, no file limits. Your images never leave your device, so it's instant and completely private. Batch convert whole folders at once.
Hey everyone 👋 I built ZipSnapper because every image converter I found either uploaded my files to a server, forced a signup, or capped file sizes. This one does none of that , all conversion happens locally in your browser via the Canvas API, so your images never leave your device. It's free, has no limits, and handles PNG, JPG, and WebP in every direction, plus batch conversion. Would love your feedback!
Honestly didn't expect much but the no upload thing is such a relief for quick conversions, and dragging a whole folder in just worked.
Folder batch conversion worked without a hiccup and the files really did stay local, which is exactly what I want for client work. Solid little tool.
