I built zero because no email tool I tried was something I actually trusted to touch my inbox. They either delete things, or they're a whole new mail client I'm supposed to live inside. I just wanted my inbox to quietly stay at "only what still needs me."
So that's the one job zero does. A quiet macOS menu-bar agent reads each thread across all your Gmail accounts, decides what's a genuine open loop (something actually awaiting your reply), and sets everything else aside. The key part: nothing is ever deleted. "Archiving" just removes the inbox label and adds a dated recovery label, so every single run is reversible with one search. That reversibility is the whole design — it's what makes it sane to let an agent near your email at all.
It also learns your keep/archive habits over time, drafts replies in your own voice, and is built native for macOS. You bring your own Google account + Claude, so your mail and keys stay on your machine.
