I built this because I kept opening my phone to plan my day — and 30 minutes later, I was still scrolling X.
I tried app blockers. They just block — they don't help you build a routine. I tried habit apps. They send notifications I ignore.
So I built something different: an app that locks your screen and replaces it with your routine. Meditation, journaling, tasks — whatever you want to do. You can't use your phone until you're done.
It sounds extreme, but it works. I haven't missed a morning routine in months.
