Hey, I'm Maxime 😄. ZenBreath is a five-minute cardiac coherence practice: a guided inhale, a guided exhale, and you're done. I use it for stress during the day and to fall asleep faster at night.
I first launched it here in 2021. This version adds The Path, a map of 15 sessions per world. Each step changes the rhythm, the sounds, and the theme, so tomorrow is the next session, not the same one again. You can still ignore the map and run a session you set yourself.
