Over the last year, I kept noticing the same thing happening across AI communities:
People were building genuinely useful AI workflows, Claude skills, internal agents, automations, and micro SaaS products…
…but there wasn’t really a natural place to discover or transact around them.
A lot of these “sales” were happening informally:
Discord DMs
X threads
Gumroad links
private GitHub repos
Stripe payment links
random Notion pages
At the same time, I noticed something else:
AI is starting to productize expertise itself.
Someone creates:
an SEO workflow
a recruiting agent
a YouTube → blog pipeline
a customer support triage system
a Shopify merchandising workflow
operational knowledge becomes reusable and sellable.
Zelpful started as an attempt to create a cleaner marketplace around that emerging category:
AI agents, AI skills, workflows, and profitable small SaaS products.
Still very early, still learning, but excited to see where this space goes.
