Like many of you, I was exhausted by the endless, scrolling to-do lists in modern productivity apps. I was constantly confusing "being busy" with actually making progress, suffering from analysis paralysis every morning.
I discovered the Bento Method (limiting your day to just 3 tasks) and it changed how I work. But I couldn't find an app that respected this philosophy—everything was too noisy, demanding logins, and full of features I didn't need.
So, I built ZAD. It's designed as a "Calm Tech" oasis for your mind.
