Every Sunday I'd stare at the fridge asking the same question: "what do I actually cook this week?" — then either default to the same 5 meals or order in. Most meal planners didn't help: they'd suggest strawberries in December and ingredients my local store doesn't even carry.
So I built Yuzo. You tell it your city, household, diet, skill level and kitchen gear — and Claude generates a full 7-day plan (3 meals/day) built around what's actually in season near you, plus an auto-sorted grocery list. No more "what's for dinner," no more strawberries in winter.
