I’ve spent years working in recruitment and kept seeing the same problem: recruiters were spending more time managing the hiring process than actually hiring people.

So we started building Yuruka to bring the repetitive parts of hiring into one workflow.
We’re launching with AI resume screening, AI calling, assessments and AI interviews—with humans still making the final hiring decisions.
One thing we’re experimenting with differently is pricing: pay only for what you use instead of paying for seats you may not need.
