I'm in POD business myself, and I didn't see any solid tools that can be used without extra hassle.
There are plenty of generators like midjourney, leonardo, but you have to do a ton of extra tweaking and re-prompting, then scaling and then cleaning up the design. AI designs are supposed to be easy, good and fast.
