Meet Yuki, your personal AI assistant for everyday life. Your emails, calendars, tasks, subscriptions, travel plans, and responsibilities are scattered across dozens of apps. Yuki brings them together, surfaces important insights, and helps you stay ahead of what matters. We're building beyond reminders and chatbots, toward an AI assistant that understands your life, anticipates your needs, and takes action on your behalf. Less managing. More living.
I'm Sid, and I'm excited (and a little nervous 😅) to finally share Yuki!
Yuki is an AI personal assistant that helps bring your everyday life together, from emails and calendars to tasks, travel plans, expenses, and subscriptions.
I've spent 13 years building technology products, but somehow managing my own life still felt surprisingly complicated.
I once paid €50 at an airport because I forgot to check in online for a flight that cost just €60. 🤦♂️
The frustrating part? My flight details were already sitting in my inbox. I just needed something to connect the dots.
So I started building Yuki, initially for myself.
What makes Yuki different?
Most productivity apps and AI assistants still wait for you to tell them what to do.
I want Yuki to go beyond that. An assistant that understands your context, proactively identifies what needs attention, and eventually takes care of everyday responsibilities for you.
I built the first version solo, shared it with friends and family, broke things, fixed them, and kept improving it.
And now it's here! 🚀
It's still early, and I'd genuinely love your feedback.
What's one everyday responsibility you'd happily hand over to an AI assistant?
And a little personal detail: Yuki is named after my golden retriever, who was the best companion I could've asked for. I hope this app can someday be even half as good a companion to someone else. 🐾❤️
I have come across many productivity apps but none of them were as proactive and manage such wide range of my day to day chores.
Love the proactivity part! Something I miss from my agents is that I need to constantly check the chats
Great product! I particularly found useful the expense tracking for organizing the home budget and keeping track of flights because a lot of my family is constantly paying me a visit 😂
I LOVE the sharing money angle! You know what'd be awesome? If my AI could talk to my friend's AI and my friend and I don't have to bother each other directly about who owes whom what.
