Most agentic platforms today need a solid understanding of technology- and cannot be used by non-technical business users. However, the knowledge of whats best for business lies with these business subject matter experts. We- at yoxa.ai- are filling this gap. Another common challenge with Agentic AI platforms is that the user has to go through multiple steps even to create one agent. In spite of that users dont have full control on the 'design' of the agent and the workflow. yoxa.ai allows users full control over the design of their workflow, agents and tools. We also found that just by using LLMs ability to reason is not going to create the best of class workflows. In my opinion, if we are creating AI agentic workflows then a mere redesign of the same digital workflow will not provide optimal value. We need to RE-IMAGINE the workflow to get 10x, 50x, 100x value. So, we created a framework -Multi-agent orchestration and experience framework (MOX-F) for agentic workflow redesign that would re-imagine workflows. This framework is based on principles of system design, human cognition, service design and human factors. Initially, we built this product thinking users would create re-imagined workflows from scratch. But this approach was proving overwhelming for the users. So, we shifted to AI re-imagining workflows and creating agents on the fly. This proved to be a winner.
Reimagine feature surprised me I built multiple usecases in mintues of use. Forward looking teams will love it, it eliminates techinal friction and lets them build agentic workflow easily and be creative with it. Congrats on the launch 🎉
