Hi Product Hunt. I am the maker of YourTraffic.
I built it because I wanted analytics I could actually own. GA4 is heavy
and needs a consent banner, and the nice privacy tools are hosted only or
capped by pageviews. I wanted no banner, unlimited sites, my data in my own
database, and a real API to build on.
A few things that make it different.
- No cookies and no personal data, so no consent banner. Visitors are
counted with a rotating salted hash that cannot be traced back to a person.
- Your events live in your own Postgres when you self-host. Nothing leaves
your infrastructure.
- Unlimited projects on one account, no per-site pricing.
- A documented REST API, plus a native MCP server so an AI agent can read
your traffic through OAuth. That last part is the one I am most curious to
hear thoughts on.
It is MIT licensed and free to self-host, with a hosted option if you would
rather not run it. Setup is one script tag and stats appear within seconds.
I will be here all day, so please tell me what is missing or what you would

Cookie-free setup finally let me skip the consent banner headache, and the one script tag got my test site live in under a minute. The Postgres-backed data ownership is a nice touch for anyone tired of vendor lock-in.
Finally an analytics tool that doesn't slap a cookie banner on every site I run. The MCP server setup took like two minutes and now my assistant can pull traffic numbers on demand, which is way more useful than I expected.
