I built Yavo after getting frustrated that every expense app treated receipts as images to file away, not data to use.
The thing I'm most proud of: when you scan a receipt, Yavo extracts every single line item — not just the total. So if you're tracking business expenses or trying to understand where your grocery budget goes, you have
real data, not just a number.
A couple of other things that make Yavo genuinely useful day-to-day:
- Multi-currency with live rates — travel anywhere, Yavo handles the conversion automatically
- Export that actually means something — a ZIP with your CSV, a PDF summary, and the actual receipt photos. Not just numbers, but the full paper trail.
Would love honest feedback. The AI finance manager feature is coming — curious what questions you'd want it to answer about your spending.
