Tell Yarr what needs to be done. It assigns each part to the right AI agent and brings research, design, coding, and more into one continuous workflow.
Hey PH 👋
I’ve launched enough products here to know I probably shouldn’t build another one.
But here we are.
While building Snapdeck, SnapTodo, and Kuku, my AI stack got ridiculous—more agents, more tabs, more copying context, more stitching results together.
The AI was working. So was I—as its project manager.
So I built Yarr: a desktop workspace where specialized AI agents work together.
Then, halfway through development, something unexpected happened:
I started using Yarr to build Yarr.
It researched problems, planned changes, wrote code, and checked the results. I still made the decisions, but I was no longer the human API connecting a dozen different tools.
Honestly, that surprised me. It was the moment Yarr stopped feeling like an idea and started feeling useful.
It’s still alpha. Some edges are sharp. But it already feels less like managing AI and more like getting work done.
What would you hand off first?
I’ll be here all day. Be honest—especially if something sucks.
