I wanted polished screen recordings, demos, and walkthrough videos without spending an hour figuring out what to say — and I hate the sound of my own voice. So I built Yapless to do the editor pass automatically: cuts the filler, re-voices the fumbles in a clean cloned voice (or one of the curated preset voices if you'd rather skip the clone), smooths the cursor, frames it in a branded background. The unlock I didn't plan for but ended up loving most is the agent mode: one CLI command and Claude Code or Cursor records a polished walkthrough for you — captures the window, writes the narration with AI vision, voices it in your clone, ships a polished MP4 to a share URL. Zero hands at the keyboard. The hero video on getyapless.com was made this way — Yapless filming itself.
