Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built xrepu because I kept seeing the same problem everywhere: business owners get a new Google review, don't have time to reply, and it just sits there — sometimes for days. Worse, nobody was actually looking at why the same complaints kept showing up, or what they were costing the business.
What started as a simple "auto-draft a reply" tool quickly turned into something bigger once I started testing it with real businesses. The replies were useful, but the real "aha" moment was realizing reviews are actually a goldmine of operational data — if you read hundreds of them together, patterns jump out: the same complaint, the same branch, the same time of week.
So xrepu evolved into three things in one: AI-drafted replies (in the customer's own language, published instantly for safe/positive reviews or reviewed by you first), a weekly operator report that prices out your most recurring complaint and tells you what to fix, and a QR/link tool to actively grow your review volume.
