I built this over the last year as I always wanted to have an easy file and terminal access to all of my servers, including containers and clusters that you normally can't connect to with existing solutions out of the box. Development went quite well, so I decided to go full-time with the hopes of potentially making this a staple in the toolboxes of other IT professionals as well.

- Support for select hypervisors like Proxmox, Hyper-V, VMware workstation, and more
- A remote file browser that provides a workflow optimized for professionals
- A VNC viewer with drag-and-drop file transfers, an RDP launcher, and an X11 forward server connector
- A versatile scripting system, allowing for custom shell scripts, init scripts, templates, and more
- A secure data vault that keeps all your connection information save
- Synchronization of your connection data via a git integration through your own git remote repositories
- Automatic detection and tunneling of ports to your local machine for running remote services
You can use XPipe for simple personal use, in your homelab environment, or at your workplace to make your server management workflow more productive and secure.
As this application handles a lot of sensitive data, the security and privacy aspect is very important. About the privacy of your data, XPipe is a product made in Europe and fully GDPR-compliant.
The early stage development has been quite challenging as this new approach requires a completely new implementation, but I am confident that it's ready now. You can get started for free with the community edition without any commitment and try it out for yourself.
