Hi Product Hunt,
I built this tool because fabric buyers often receive quotations based on incomplete or inconsistent specifications.
Two woven jacquard fabrics can look similar but differ in yarn count, density, finished width, fabric structure, GSM and finishing requirements. This makes it difficult for buyers to compare supplier quotations on the same basis.
The tool allows users to enter a woven jacquard fabric specification in natural language. AI is used only to organise the input into standard fields. The calculation engine then provides theoretical GSM, composition, greige fabric price, dyed-finished fabric price and FOB reference price.
When the yarn count is unknown, users can also enter the measured fabric GSM, density and yarn structure to estimate possible yarn specifications.
The reference logic is based on real production data from more than 2,300 woven jacquard looms and over 20 years of manufacturing experience.
This is designed as a pre-inquiry sourcing and quotation review tool. It does not replace laboratory testing, physical fabric inspection or a formal commercial quotation.
