The idea for Worldly came from a simple realization: the world has 195 beautiful, diverse countries, yet most of us only ever hear about a handful of them. I wanted to build a cultural bridge. It is a lightweight, fun, and friction-free way to discover a new corner of the globe every single day.
With Worldly, I combined the psychological thrill of daily streaks with the satisfaction of tracking a personalized Digital Passport and global footprint. Every 24 hours, you get a new destination, unique cultural trivia, and challenges to unlock beautiful digital stamps.
The app is 100% web-based, completely free, and built using Next.js and Vercel to make sure your daily exploration is as smooth as possible.

The product here is the quiet daily ritual, and rankings turn rituals into competitions, which burns out casual explorers fast.
The feature I'd ship first is streak insurance, one missed day shouldn't reset the passport. Duolingo's data on this is unambiguous: forgiveness retains better than pressure.
