The idea came from seeing how many qualified candidates struggle during interviews, not because they lack skills, but because they lack realistic practice and personalized feedback.
Most interview tools rely on generic questions. I wanted to create something more personalized. WorkZo AI adapts interviews based on your resume, target role, and job description, making practice feel much closer to a real recruiter conversation.
