Hi Product Hunt, I'm Florian, product designer.
Designers, PMs and founders I talked to kept hesitating on the same question: which workshop fits this situation, and in what order? Nothing free answered it, so I built Workshop Compass.
How it works:
1. Answer five questions (product stage, team size, why now, what is missing, time frame).
2. Get the sequence of workshops for that stage, with what each one covers and what it feeds.
3. Open the step: a FigJam board ready to run, the how-to, and a worked example from Fieldnote, a fictional company used across every board so the examples tell one consistent story.
