I built WordToMarkdown because I was tired of pasting Word docs into editors and then fixing headings, lists, and tables by hand — or uploading drafts to random converters.
What it does:
• Drop a `.docx` (up to ~20 MB)
• Get editable Markdown in the browser
• Copy or download `.md`
• No signup, no server upload — the file stays on your device
What I’m optimizing for first: structure that survives (H1–H6, lists, tables, links, emphasis), not pixel-perfect layout.
I’d love feedback on table fidelity, heading hierarchy, and anything confusing in the first 10 seconds.
