Hello Product Hunt! Are you a dog parent who loves to travel but dreads the thought of leaving your furry friend behind? WoofyClub offers an alternative to pricey kennels and impersonal dog sitting apps. Traditional boarding options are shockingly expensive. Post-pandemic, I was planning for my honeymoon and was shocked to be quoted $1500 for my two-week vacation just to leave my dog behind. Not to mention the downsides: cramped kennels, constant barking, and the risk of my dog coming home stressed out or even sick. Out of desperation, I posted in my local neighborhood group chat looking for other dog parents to trade dog-sitting with. To my surprise, a few folks responded and I met up with them for a playdate. Thankfully, our dogs got along like best friends and we agreed to swap with each other. This got me thinking “I’m sure many dog parents would want to connect with other dog parents in their neighborhood” - and that’s how we started WoofyClub! We are so grateful to have found Woofy Club! Not only has it saved us hundreds of dollars on dog boarding, but it’s also brought us into a warm community of pet lovers who genuinely care for one another’s animals. Over these past two years, we’ve met some truly wonderful families and their dogs, and we’ve had the pleasure of exchanging pet care multiple times. It’s such a gift to be part of a network where we all look out for each other’s pets as if they were our own. We couldn’t recommend Woofy Club more highly!
I’ve been using WoofyClub for the past year, and it’s been really easy to connect with dog parents in my area. I’ve tried Facebook groups etc for this type of thing but those have been very hit or miss.
I am a huge WoofyClub fan! I found them in the early FB group days and quickly met a family with two doodles who are perfect companions with my doodle. We’ve swapped many times. Since then I’ve swapped with close to 10 families, enjoyed meeting other families and dogs, and saved a bundle. Check it out! 😍
I've been using Woofy club for a while, it's been great for our family. We've saved a ton of $$$ by bartering dog hosting instead of paying for (sometimes) sketchy kennels.

Freaking love WoofyClub. It's been a life changer for us to feel at peace when we travel (especially for long periods of time. We always joke that I have more separation anxiety than my own dog Louie but truly ever since we leave our pup with other WoofyClub pawrents, we feel so relaxed. We get updates all the time. Parents tend to have backyards, lots of space for louie to play and you know that the pawrents are dog lovers!! Plus they always have a companion. I would HIGHLY HIGHLy recommend them!!! Plus... we've prob saved thousands of $$$
is this only available to dog owners? can non-dog owners that love dogs but don't have one of their own right now join?
Long time user - this app is such a lifesaver for people with pets who like to travel. We've also found great community on it, and now have several friends from Woofyclub!
Dog boarding is expensive, and I know there have been some pretty bad stories about the care of animals especially for Wag hotels in the Bay Area so a more p2p alternative is great! Plus maybe some new dog playdates buddies!
I had been looking for an app like this ever since I got my puppy and it’s been a game changer. I have found a few people already to exchange boarding and it’s gone great. I’m able to find people nearby with similar dogs and meet up for a play date beforehand to vet the person as well as the dog. I think this app is great if you’re even looking just for play dates to socialize a new puppy with nearby people!

Long time user of WoofyClub here, absolute game changer. I've met a lot of new people and feel a lot better about leaving our dog with somebody who absolutely loves dogs as well. One of the best products I've used this year. And customer service is incredible here!! Congrats on the launch!
