Turn customer feedback into actions that protect revenue
Turn the voice of the customer into actions that protect revenue: Woku listens to customers across WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and the web. It uses AI to detect risks and trigger customer support tickets or improvement initiatives in real time.
We spent 3 years building woku before launching it on Product Hunt.
Not because we were in stealth mode.
We were busy working with customers.
woku started with a simple idea: make it easier to hear from customers right after an experience, without forcing them to fill out another endless survey.
It worked.
Then our own customers asked us to add NPS, CSAT, and CES. Not because any of those were new, but because they were already part of how their CX teams worked.
So we built them in.
And for a while, we did what much of the Voice of Customer industry has been doing for years:
collecting, measuring, categorizing, and displaying feedback.
But after three years of building alongside companies in Chile, Peru, and Colombia, we started looking at the problem differently.
Companies already have enough feedback.
It lives in surveys, NPS, CSAT, CES, WhatsApp, emails, and support systems.
The real problem is what happens next.
A customer can be telling you they had a terrible experience and still end up as nothing more than a row in a dashboard.
And a dashboard has never saved a customer who was about to leave.
That changed the way we thought about woku.
We stopped asking:
“How do we collect customer feedback better?”
And started asking:
“What should happen when a customer says something important?”
That question led us to use AI in a very practical way.
Today, woku listens to feedback across WhatsApp, email, and the web, detects risks, problems, and opportunities, and turns those signals into actual work for a company:
creating a support ticket when a customer needs help, or generating an improvement initiative when the issue goes beyond a single customer.
AI isn’t there to create another nice-looking summary.
It’s there to make something happen.
After three years, that’s probably the thing we believe most strongly:
Voice of Customer shouldn’t be about collecting more feedback.
It should be about turning the customer’s voice into action while there’s still time to do something about it.
This is our first Product Hunt launch.
It’s definitely not our first day building woku.

Who hunted woku?
woku was hunted by Diego Orrego Brito. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
