💡 What inspired us & the problem we're solving: As more businesses move their customer support and sales to WhatsApp, we noticed a recurring nightmare: managing chats at scale becomes chaotic very quickly. Existing tools were either too complex, required developer resources, or offered rigid, frustrating bot experiences that drove customers away. We built WizBot to solve this. We wanted to create a platform where any business owner could intelligently automate their WhatsApp communication without writing a single line of code.
🔄 How our approach evolved: When we first started, we focused heavily on basic auto-responders. However, talking to users made us realize that modern businesses need context-aware conversations. This led us to integrate advanced AI combined with an intuitive drag-and-drop Visual Flow Builder.
Our process also evolved to prioritize "coexistence"—we built the system so human agents can seamlessly step in and take over when the AI finishes handling the repetitive queries. To make onboarding lightning-fast, we ultimately added domain-specific templates (like E-Commerce, Clinics, and Restaurants) so users don't have to start from scratch.
