I built WithTheFlow because most AI apps forget you the moment the chat ends.
Reflection is different. The value is not one perfect answer. It is the pattern that appears over time: what you repeat, avoid, outgrow, and finally understand.
WithTheFlow is my attempt to build a calmer kind of personal AI: part journal, part memory layer, part monthly reflection report.
It is not therapy, and it does not pretend to fix your life. It gives you a place to write, return, and see your own story more clearly.
