Hey PH, Stephan here, I'm the maker.
Quick backstory. ChatGPT can already do agentic work on its own, and it's good at it. What it still doesn't have is a computer that stays on: a place where files, browser logins, cron jobs and context live between conversations.
I tried OpenClaw, Hermes and friends. In my experience, every update broke something, and each of them builds its own agent harness from scratch. Meanwhile Codex had quietly become one of the best harnesses out there, and it isn't even lock-in: you can run it with other models and providers.
So Wirebot doesn't build a harness. It runs Codex's official app server on a dedicated computer and wires it into Telegram, Slack and Discord. That's the whole idea. Send it a file, a voice note or a link. It works on it, keeps the results, and asks before doing anything risky. Say "every Friday at 5, publish the changelog" and it does. Your ChatGPT Plus or Pro plan covers the model, so there are no API keys and no token bills.
