WhoPaid helps freelancers and solo service workers track jobs, unpaid balances, partial payments, and daily collected income from one simple iPhone workflow. It is built for people who get paid per job and need to know who paid, who did not, and what still needs follow-up.

Top comment

I built WhoPaid for freelancers and small service workers who do not need full accounting software, but still need a clear way to track who paid, who has not paid, and what needs follow-up. A lot of this work happens through WhatsApp, notes, screenshots, and memory, so I kept the app focused: add a job, set the payment status, and keep unpaid or partial jobs visible. I would love feedback from freelancers, cleaners, repair workers, contractors, tutors, or anyone paid per job.
