I built Whisper Journal because I struggled to understand my own emotional patterns. I'd journal occasionally, but never really saw anything — just a wall of text with no insight.
The idea was simple: what if your journal could talk back? Not to give advice or diagnose — just to help you notice what you'd otherwise miss.
The hardest part was finding the right "voice." Generic AI felt cold and useless for something this personal. So I created 4 distinct companions — each with a different approach: emotional support, practical action, existential reflection, and CBT-based pattern analysis. You pick what resonates with you.
