Hey Product Hunt! I'm Alex, one of the makers of WhatsTeam.
This started with a problem we saw everywhere: WhatsApp is where customers actually want to talk to businesses, but most teams still run it from a single phone. Messages get lost, leads go cold, two people reply to the same chat, and nobody knows what's been answered. That chaos quietly costs sales every day.
So we built WhatsTeam: your whole team on one official WhatsApp number, with a shared inbox where nothing slips through the cracks, assign chats, leave notes, see who's on what. A real sales/support tool, native to WhatsApp.
Then we went further with no-code AI agents that reply 24/7 in 50+ languages. And the part we're most excited about: WhatsTeam ships an MCP server, so you can run your entire WhatsApp straight from Claude, ChatGPT or any AI assistant, just by asking ("reply to this customer", "launch this campaign", "how did we do this week?").
Honestly, that's where the project changed and we set out to build a better inbox, but the more teams we talked to, the more it became about letting AI actually operate WhatsApp.
