WhatsApp marketing, sales & support — AI builds the flows
The easiest way to build, automate and scale customer conversations on the official WhatsApp Cloud API — with AI, Flows, contacts and marketing tools in one platform. Describe an automation in plain English and AI drafts the entire flow — nodes, questions and branches — which you then edit node by node before publishing. Shared WhatsApp + Messenger inbox, bulk broadcasts, in-chat forms and booking, 30+ node types, REST API and webhooks. Free forever plan, no card required. Paid from $9/mo.
We've been building WhatsApp tools for businesses and agencies for years — mostly CRM modules and self-hosted scripts. The same thing kept coming up. A team would run one tool for broadcasts, another for chat, another for forms, another for automation, and a fifth for analytics. Nothing talked to anything else.
The other thing that kept coming up was the bill. The WhatsApp API market has per-seat fees, per-message credits, opaque markups on Meta's own charges, and "reseller" programs that turn out to be affiliate links. It's hard to work out what you're actually paying for.
The free plan is forever — 100 contacts, 5,000 conversations. Paid starts at $9/mo.
So we built WhatsMark to do the whole job in one place, on the official Meta Cloud API.
The feature I'd most like you to try: type something like "book appointments for my clinic" and AI Flow Generation drafts the entire flow — nodes, questions, branches — onto the canvas. It's a draft you review, not an unattended runtime. You open every node, change what you want, then publish. Most AI builders hand you something you end up rebuilding by hand; this one hands you something you can actually edit. It's on the free plan, so you can try it without a card.
On pricing: you connect your own Meta Business Account and Meta bills you directly at their published rates, so we add 0% markup. We're not the only platform that works this way, but plenty still add per-message credits or per-seat fees on top.
I'll be here all day. Ask me anything — especially the hard questions about pricing or Meta's API. Feature requests welcome; they're how the last product got built.
One thing I'd love to see is a built-in A/B testing tool for the broadcast messages, so you can compare open rates and replies between two versions before sending the full campaign. That would make the marketing side way stronger, especially for figuring out what actually drives conversations instead of guessing.
A shared internal knowledge base for the AI to reference would be really helpful so it pulls answers from our own docs and FAQs instead of generic replies. Saves us from correcting the bot every time it makes something up.
