Hi PH! 👋 Manually updating your personal CRM sucks. We’ve all felt it — even us at Dex. But today, we’ve made a huge step towards building a personal CRM that you never have to manually update again. WhatsApp sync was our most-requested feature of 2024, and now it’s here. Along with our LinkedIn message integration, it means every time you connect with someone, Dex will automatically update your latest interactions and keep-in-touch reminders. Whether you’re a superconnector juggling dozens of conversations, a job-seeker building your personal and professional network, or a VC whose deal flow happens outside of email, Dex lets you do what you do best and automatically takes care of the rest. Give our new WhatsApp integration a try — we’d love to hear what you think!

Insane work from the team! I love the idea & it makes a lot of sense for those who are painfully busy & meeting lots of new people. Is there no issue with the encryption side of things, I know that we would have to give permissions to Dex, just intrigued from a security perspective :) Good luck with the rest of the launch!!

Great tool! I'm excited about the potential here. I have a few questions: 1-Can I sync multiple WhatsApp accounts? For instance, I have three numbers and would love to manage them seamlessly. 2- For a sales team, is it possible to sync and share contacts across the group efficiently? 3- Can the platform merge contacts from different sources like LinkedIn and WhatsApp into a unified database? This could be a game-changer for streamlining communication and collaboration for sales teams. Looking forward to your response!

Congrats on the launch, @matthew_silberman @kevinsun. I'm curious - why didn't you go the cookie and user-agent route like some tools (e.g., Phantom Buster) use with browser extensions?
