Hey Product Hunt!

I'm Jane, co-founder of Welltory. Today we're launching Real-Time Stress Relief – a feature that's been years in the making.

Why we built this:

Most wearables tell you stress was high yesterday. Great. Now what?

We spent years analyzing data from 16M+ users to understand something nobody else was looking at: the invisible moments when your heart races while you're sitting still. These "sedentary stress" episodes don't just drain your energy - they're accumulating cardiovascular risk over time.

What makes this different:

This isn't generic wellness advice. Every insight is based on YOUR personal data and powered by AI trained on millions of people. The app shows you exactly when stress is building right now, what's triggering it, and gives you timed actions to reverse it before you're toast at 8pm.

Often it's just: Move for 5 minutes. Simple. Measurable. Effective.

Our mission:

Preventive health through real-time stress management. This launch is just the beginning - we're working on helping people catch cardiovascular risks before they become problems.

My personal lifehack? Just laying down with laptop on a couch during Zoom meetings where I'm not the leading speaker. Sounds lazy, but it works and allows me to be alive for the next and more demanding one.

We're done waiting for burnout to tell us we've pushed too far. The data to prevent it is already tracking you – we're just making it impossible to ignore.

🎁 Special for the Product Hunt Community:

As a thank you, use the promo code welltory_ph_25 to get up to 52% off your annual or lifetime subscription. We'd love for you to experience the full power of one app for your health.

Try it and let me know what patterns you discover about yourself. I'd especially love your feedback if you're someone who feels drained by 8pm and can't figure out why.

Excited to hear what works for you!

Jane

Which data points (biomarkers) are you considering and how are you going to measure them ? What mechanism / checks are you using to put to ensure consumers data privacy?

Congrats on the launch! This real-time stress tracking looks super useful — excited to try it out.

Hey congrats. I’ve been looking for something like this. I’ll check it out.

I haven’t used it yet, but I like where it’s headed. Quick and realistic prompts could be a game changer for managing energy and preventing burnout.

This feature will make people manage their stress so much better.

Excited to see its impact.

Congrats on the launch. Good luck guys.

Thanks for sharing! I definetely now want to learn more about sedentary stress as I feel just exercising and walking doen't help as effectively as it used to be in my 20s.

Wow! Sounds like a great tool! I already want to try it :)

Is there an article that describes the stress markers you use and how to interpret them? I'm very interested in how it actually works.

Curious how does this thing grab my data? Is it mainly through a wearable device right?

Given that you're now incorporating sophisticated features like the Real-Time Stress Relief and AI Coach, all of which demand high data fidelity, my question is: How are you managing the signal-to-noise ratio and data normalization across such a massive and disparate number of third-party sources (from Garmin to Reddit) to ensure the AI's recommendations remain reliably accurate? Upvoted!

Love the focus on “sedentary stress” instead of just yelling at me to hit 10k steps 🙌 I’m curious though: when you suggest those short micro-actions, are they based on validated protocols (HRV biofeedback, specific breathing patterns, etc.) or mostly patterns learned from your dataset? As a user I’d love a tiny “why this, why now” explanation inside the app.

I use Welltory daily, but wasn’t sure about one thing: does the real-time tracking require wearing the watch 24/7?

Hey! Really like the focus on real-time stress tracking rather than just telling you what happened yesterday. The whole "sedentary stress" thing hits home – sitting through back-to-back calls definitely takes a toll. Congrats on the launch!
