Hey Product Hunt,
I built Welkome after watching Airbnb hosts (including people I know) manage their rentals with printed A4 sheets and endless Excel tabs.
The problem has three parts:
1/ Welcome guides are static PDFs in one language, but guests come from everywhere. Italian families, German couples, British solo travelers. They scan the guide, understand nothing, and message the host anyway.
2/ Guest management happens in phone notes and WhatsApp groups. No history, no overview, chaos.
3/ Income and expenses tracked in spreadsheets that nobody updates consistently.
So I built Welkome, three modules, one tool:
