I live apart from my family. My mother, sister, brother, nieces and nephews are all hours away from me. As life got busier and busier I found it more and more difficult to keep up with them. I found myself getting depressed. Not a wake up one day and you say I'm depressed. But the sky seemed less blue, the sun shined a little more dull. Things that I enjoyed started slowly feeling less and less fun. And when people asked if I was okay? I answered with the 'I'm fine'. I decided I wanted to change that. A place where friends, co worker, family, can create something to stay in touch on an emotional level. No ads, no busy feeds with strangers. Just a simple place to share how you are feeling.
It brought me closer to my mom. Closer than I have been in a long time. We share moods, and joke about little things that happened. It's fun. I hope that WeFeel can help people. And if it doesn't? Well it's helped me, and it was fun to develop and learn new skills.
