Would love to see a quick toggle to swap the brand colors and logo on the preview on the fly before sending, so the prospect sees something that already feels like their business rather than a template with placeholder text.
the pitch of showing instead of asking is genuinely clever, love that angle. one thing i'd want as a user is a built in split test so i can swap headline colors or hero images on the preview after sending and instantly see which version gets more clicks or replies. that would close the loop between outreach and conversion in a way the current flow doesn't quite reach.
Honestly the show-don't-tell approach makes so much sense for pitching web work, I used it on a few leads last week and the response rate was way better than my usual cold emails.
