The goal is to save time, reduce frustration, and make Windows app creation accessible to developers who want results without memorizing packaging commands.
This project started because I got tired of fighting with Electron packaging tools, command-line errors, MSIX manifests, certificates, and the endless trial-and-error process of getting a Windows app ready.
More than once I spent hours debugging a build only to discover that a single parameter, icon, or configuration file was wrong.
Eventually I decided to automate the entire process for myself through a graphical interface. What started as a personal tool became Web2Windows Electron Builder.
My goal was simple: turn the packaging process into a few clicks instead of a command-line adventure.
