Love the pay-if-you-love-it model, really removes the risk. One thing that would make me more confident handing over the work though is seeing real performance numbers for sites youve already built. A small public dashboard showing average load times, uptime, and mobile scores for delivered sites would help prove the all-inclusive hosting actually holds up in practice.
Tried them for my small bakery and got a finished site back in under two days, edits done by next morning when I asked. Honestly the no-dashboard thing is the best part.
