Wayla is the single source of truth for your trip. Every trip I've gone on has lived in spreadsheets, Apple Notes and Reminders, and text messages and emails for the months leading up to departure. It was a pain to keep organized, and sharing it with other travellers was a nightmare, so I built Wayla.
A few small but helpful features:
- My wife and I are constantly finding places we might want to go leading up to a trip, and they're scattered everywhere. Instagram shares, links in texts, or a YouTube video we saw but didn't write down. Wayla lets you bookmark places you might want to go, so they're easy to review and add to your itinerary when the time comes.
- Knowing which nights need accommodations is a nice little touch. Once you add your travel plans (flights, trains, ferries, buses, etc.) Wayla shows you which nights you need accommodations, and which nights are covered by overnight travel.

Reminders!
We recently went to Japan, and leading up to it there was a common scenario of "October's tickets go on sale August 2nd at 2pm JST." We actually missed out on tickets to the Ghibli Museum because I had the reminder in my phone at the wrong time. Soon you'll be able to create reminders in the time zone they happen in, and we'll remind you at the correct time no matter where you are.

Subscribe to your trip calendar in whatever calendar app you use, so all of your schedules and activities show up in your native calendar app.
