I'm the solo developer behind this. I'll be honest about why I'm posting:
I've built a bunch of small apps over the years and most of them got nowhere. This one quietly crossed 500 downloads with zero marketing, and I genuinely don't know why. It's the simplest thing I've ever shipped — you add your washing machine, set a cycle length, get a notification when it's done. That's it.
Nobody has left any reviews or asked for new features from the app, so I have no signal on what's actually working or what I should build next. That's why I'm here.
What I'd love to know:
- If you'd use this, what's the situation? (Shared house? Basement machine?)
- What's the one feature that would make you actually open it twice?
