We're huge fans of WarpBuild over at Campsite (https://www.campsite.co/). I was skeptical of the hype of "one line change and faster + cheaper builds", but it was literally true. We moved all of our big actions to WarpBuild and left the simple ones on GitHub runners (since they give 3k monthly minutes).
