A simple chrome extension built using Copilot, that matches mentions of "Elon Musk" and replaces them with "Wannabe Stark." Images of Elon are also hidden when a regex matches his name in the file name or alt image tag.
Hi PH!! I created the “Wannabe Stark” Chrome extension as a parody tool meant for sensible chuckles. The extension replaces every mention of “Elon” or “Elon Musk” with the name “Wannabe Stark”. The matches are case-insensitive. Additionally, if an image file name or alt-image tag mentions any version of “elon musk” (example “elon-musk”, “elonmusk”, or “elon_musk”), that image will have “display:none;” added to its styling to hide the image completely.
I think people might want to try and use this extension because it adds some humor to their browsing experience and provides a break from the non-stop Elon Musk news cycle. It’s a fun way to add some levity to your day and take a break from the seriousness of the world. The extension is easy to install and use, and it’s a great way to share a laugh with friends and family.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions. 😊
Congratulations on the launch of your unique Chrome extension! How does it use Copilot to identify and replace mentions of "Elon Musk" with "Wannabe Stark," and what is the mechanism behind hiding images of Elon Musk based on regex matches in file names or alt image tags? 🚀
omg 😂 This is hilarious.
Please make more for more keywords/mentions. (Maybe even collab with @thomasjamesio at subsonic.ai ?)
Congrats on your launch, looking forward to another hahaha (Kardashians/hollywood please please please 😂 )
