The piece about not being on 3rd party software is super compelling but I'm unclear who you're trying to compete with.
Perhaps it would make sense for those who are already in that world and would consider the switch to Wallafan but for new-ish creators, a big Q would be, who are the big players you are competing with in your space? The likes of Patreon, Circle, Mighty Networks or more like Kajabi, Podia or Teachable? Or all of them?
Also, does "sponsoring" others mean you can track and manage affiliate marketing payments and payouts?
