I built WaFloat after getting frustrated with every existing WhatsApp button plugin — they were either too basic (just a link) or too bloated (10MB of JavaScript for a button).
The feature I'm most proud of is the department selector — when a visitor clicks the button, they see your team members and pick who to chat with. Sales goes to sales, support goes to support. No more "wrong person" conversations.
