Vy is our first step toward a new way of using computers—one where AI sees your screen, understands your apps, and takes action for you, using your accounts and your tools, just like you would. No plugins, no retraining, no extra logins.
We built Vy because we believe using a computer should feel effortless—like commanding an extension of your mind. Behind the scenes, Vy is powered by a new type of model we’ve developed: it grounds visual context, understands natural language, and acts with precision in real time.
It’s still early, but we’re opening up Vy as a native macOS app starting today—and we’d love your feedback as we keep building. We're also releasing benchmarks showing VyUI outperforming major models like GPT-4V, Gemini, and Claude on tasks like screen understanding and UI grounding.
