VoxTori is a native Mac app for live subtitles, real-time translation, QuickCapture dictation, and audio transcription. It works across meetings,videos, and podcasts, stays private on-device by default, and requires no account to get started.
Hi Product Hunt, we built VoxTori for Mac users who need live subtitles, translation, or fast voice capture without bouncing between multiple tools or defaulting to cloud-first workflows.
VoxTori brings those workflows into one native macOS app:
- live subtitles and translation in a floating overlay
- Quick Capture push-to-talk dictation for notes, messages, and drafts
- audio file transcription for meetings, lectures, and interviews
Our biggest product goal was to make this feel fast, private, and practical in daily use. VoxTori runs on-device by default, works without account setup, and stays accessible from the menu bar instead of forcing you into a heavy editor flow.
We’d especially love feedback on two things:
1. Which workflow matters most to you right now: live subtitles,
translation, or Quick Capture?
2. What language pairs or Mac workflows should we prioritize next?
