Top comment

After 13 years writing microservices, I got tired of API clients that demand a login and sync my data to their cloud. And once AI became part of my daily workflow, the gap got obvious, none of them were built for working alongside AI agents. So I built Voleeo: still lightweight, native API client (Rust + Tauri, fully local-first) that handles HTTP, gRPC, WebSocket, and GraphQL. The part I care about most is the built-in MCP server, so AI agents can drive your API work directly instead of you copy-pasting between a chat window and your client. It's MIT-licensed, free. What does your current API client do that drives you up the wall? Genuinely want to know.
